Founded by Dave Gutelius in 1986, Gutelius Excavating was incorporated in 1992. The company is experienced in most facets of general contracting including site development, highways, medical, industrial, residential and commercial building sites.
Traditionally, we perform most of the work on our projects. Our crews have the capability to handle all site work, including excavation, utilities, paving, grading, and site concrete. This extensive in-house capability enables us to better control the project quality and schedule plus individual construction crews are carefully selected for each project from our 120 full time employees.
